ご使用から約4週間で肌の印象に変化を感じる方が多く、8週間ほどでよりしっかりとした実感につながることが期待されます。間に休息日を挟みながら週に3-〜5回のご使用を推奨しています。
LEDフェイスマスクの使用方法を教えてください。
ステップ 1: 光感度テストを実施します。(詳しくは下記情報をご参照下さい。)
ステップ 2: 洗顔後しっかりとタオルドライして乾かします。LEDマスクはスキンケア前の素肌に使用することをおすすめしています。乾燥がどうしても気になる場合、カレントボディのグリーンティーセラムを肌に数滴薄く伸ばします。
ステップ 3: LEDマスクを顔に装着し、頭の後ろのストラップを調整します。
ステップ 4: デバイスの電源を入れます。 10分間のトリートメントをお楽しみください。赤色および近赤外線LEDは目に有害な光ではありませんが、まぶしさを感じる場合は付属のアイインサートをご使用いただくことで、より快適にご使用いただけます。
ステップ 5: デバイスを取り外し、きれいに拭きとります。
ステップ 6: デバイスを保護用保管バッグに入れ、安全な場所で保管します。
ステップ7：週に3-5回、朝または夜のスキンケアルーティンの一部にとしてご使用ください。
エキスパートアドバイス：目指す肌印象に近づくために、6〜8週間を目安に継続的なご使用をおすすめします。

当製品で使用している青色LED（415nm）は、軽度から中程度の肌荒れが気になる方に適しています（下記チャート参照）。 この波長は肌トラブル原因にアプローチする設計で、スマートフォンやパソコンの画面からのブルーライト（HEV光）とは異なり、安心してご使用いただけます。

連続しての使用や24時間以内に複数回の使用は推奨いたしません。
青色光（ブルーライト）ケアはどのような肌に向いていますか？
青色光は色素沈着の原因となる場合があります。特に肌がオリーブ色やそれ以上の色味（Fitzpatrick分類タイプIII以上）の方は、使用後に色素沈着が出る可能性があります。色素沈着の兆候が見られた場合はご使用をお控えください。
